자살에 대한 암시

• 증상
  • Poor appetite, hopelessness, difficulty in concentrating, loss of interest in activities 등의 증상 악화
  • Make a Will → 유언 확인 혹은 변경, 법적 효력O
  • Possessions Give away 소지품 처분
  • Social engaements canceling 사회 활동 취소
  • Suicide attempt or planning statement 자살을 암시하는 진술 → 가장 명확한 단서
  • Sudden calmness or improvement 우울증 환자에서 갑작스러운 침착함이나 증상의 완화
  • 독극물, 총기, 무기 등 요구
  • 학교나 직장에서 갑작스러운 기능 악화
• ✨중재
  • Check that visitors(check harmful object) → ex) 병문안 시 케이크 안에 플라스틱 칼
  • Documents pt’s behaviors, mood and statement
  • Provide a nonjudgmental, caring attitude 비판단적인 태도 제공
  • Remove harmful objects
  • Do not leave the client alone(1:1 observation → 15 or 30min)
    • 1:1 observation → medication → restaint(4point, 2point/15~30분 마다 상태확인)
  • Provide achievable tasks and keep the pt active
  • Identify support systems.
  • Continue to assess the client’s suicide potential.
